Two Weeks To Go!

Today marks just two weeks to go, until A Healthy Dose of Humour returns with its first show of 2026, and we are excited to be back with another big night of Wellness & Laughter.

On Wednesday 18th March 7.30pm, we head over to Harlow Playhouse in West Essex working in partnership with Healthwatch Essex Fella’s Fairs.

A Healthy Dose of Humour is a night of Wellbeing & Laughter, featuring lived experience speakers and top professional comedians.

Taking to the stage in the first section we welcome speakers Chris Gilham & Steve Lawson. Topics to include Addiction, Gambling Harm Mental Wellness.

Also on the evening we welcome several Essex support services, which will be located around the Theatre.

Join us at Essex’s leading Men’s Health & Wellness Event which is a completely complimentary evening out, listen to inspiring speakers & then kick back and laugh the evening away with two Top Comedians As Seen on TV.

To bring this evening of Men’s Health & Wellbeing to a close we welcome two of the UK’s leading headline comedians, Stefano Paolini (As Seen on BGT) & Mike Gunn (As Seen on Live at the Apollo)
