We are excited to be co-producing this great FREE community Veterans Mental Health & Comedy event along with Healthwatch Essex.
Join us next month at the Colchester Arts Centre on Monday 10th August from 6pm.
This special Veterans Mental Health Event, uses comedy and lived experience to tackle stigma relating to mental health among the Armed Forces Community.

There will also be a range of stalls around the venue, hosted by military charities and support organisations. These will offer information, guidance and signposting for anyone who would like to find out more about local and national support available to the Armed Forces Community.
