Today marks just two weeks to go, until A Healthy Dose of Humour returns with another big night of Wellness & Laughter.

On Wednesday 20th May , we head over to Basildon Towngate Theatre working in partnership with Healthwatch Essex Fella’s Fairs, & Essex County Council .

A Healthy Dose of Humour is a night of Wellbeing & Laughter, featuring lived experience speakers and top professional comedians.

Taking to the stage in the first section we welcome speakers Chris Gilham & Steve Lawson & Luke Hayes with topics to include Addiction, Gambling Harm , Abuse, & Mental Wellness.

Also on the evening we welcome several Essex support services, which will be located around the Theatre.
