A Healthy Dose of Humour’ is a night of Wellbeing and Laughter brought to you in partnership with Lost Sock Productions, Mid and South Essex NHS and Healthwatch Essex’s Fella’s Fair – the county’s leading men’s health and wellbeing event.

The evening will feature two brilliant top professional stand-up comedians from the prestigious UK stand-up circuit:

Gerry K – Anecdotal, observational and refreshingly honest, Gerry delivers sharp, witty comedy with heart. His unique perspective and storytelling flair have earned him awards including The Comedy Café’s Best Newcomer.

Mike McClean – A seasoned TV presenter and comic, Mike brings high-energy performances packed with sharp humour and magic. Known for The Big Breakfast, Shameless, and more, he’ll have you laughing from start to finish.

Before the comedy begins, listen to our guest speakers talk about a wide variety of topics affecting men's health, ranging from addiction to mental health and long-term conditions.
